
Description:
All Out Assault started as a project for my System Designs class at Full Sail University. This project was intended to be a 2 player tabletop game that utilizes at least 1 dice and a custom board. The tabletop game went through many versions of development within 1 month and ended with a finished product that was refined and able to be enjoyed by 2 players in under 30 minutes.
After completing the tabletop version of All Out Assault I decided to implement this in a game engine to better my scripting and learn new skills within the game engines I’ve previously used. After some research I decided to implement this in Unity 2D to improve my C# skills and learn more about the development process for 2D turn based strategy games in Unity. The game is currently still in the early stages of development and playtesting.
